Streamate Messages

Does anyone know where to find messages that your customers sent you on Streamate? I have had at least a dozen members ask if I've received their messages. I checked my emails through the back end and there is nothing. Is there another place they are going? Has anyone else had this issue?

The message system sucks.
Top right messages then when you're in their should be a link to switch to a different message mode. Can't remember what it's called off had.
For some reason it doesn't alert to new messages in classic mode.
