Streammate.com help

I have recently signed up with Streammate.com but having some issues finishing my steps to get started. Does anyone on here actually work for them...not camming. There is no way to talk to anyone on the phone & I have emailed them a few times. It usually takes a day for a response & the response has not been helpful. I need a phone # to talk to someone there but I can't locate one anywhere. So frustrated, I wanted to start with them last night but I am still waiting for help...probably won't even get on tonight with them
