Transfer money to external card

I've never tried this service. The service is supposed to send money to any external card you have in your country, either credit or debit card.

If any of you have already tried this service with your payment provider, can you please help me with some questions I have?

1. How do you know that your card (credit or debit) will accept this service?
2. How do you know when the money is available in your card?
3. How do you check your balance in your local currency?
4. Can you withdraw that money from an ATM machine?
5. How was your experience with the service? The time it took to have your money available, if you had any issues or anything else you'd like to point out.

I managed to transfer money from ePayments to a prepaid Visa card. (Mycard2go)

1. I did not know before if the card will accept the service, because of this i tested with a small amount.
2. I checked it in my online card account.
3. The money will be converted in your card currency.
4. I could have withdrew i think, but with this card i only do it in case of emergency.
5. My experience with the service was excellent, the money was immediately available on my card.

Unfortunately, after i made it a few times i found a warning message on ePayments: Transfers to corporate and prepaid Visa cards are unavailable. I am wondering if it works with the Transferwise or Monese Mastercard. Did anyone try?
