Twitter limiting my views, why? and how to get past it?

I noticed starting from about 3 months ago I hit a plateau and stopped gaining followers at the same rate as before and my likes were going down a lot. I didn't change anything drastic on my page and I checked a shadowban site and found that twitter had shadowbanned my account. I waited two weeks, the site said I was no longer shadowbanned, and I stopped using as many hashtags on posts (I instead put keywords without the # in front of them as that seems to the be the trend) and also turned off autoposts from Niteflirt and related sites. Still, I found things to be slow. Frustrated with it I started rarely posting on there. Recently I decided to share a new video I did within the pissing/trans fetish genre and compare it to an older one I did. The video is pretty much the same as the past and I even used the exact same format as the past, same hashtags etc...yet the views are WAY lower. I'm at a loss here and not sure what to do. Should I delete my twitter and start over (or perhaps just leave it up and continue with new one?)? Would Twitter track and limit my new account if I use the same phone number(i.e. should I get a new number/burner number?)? Attached is a picture illustrating what I'm talking about, from my twitter post:

Thanks for the help

Twitter does that to some people in this industry if their staff feels like your spamming certain content more than others. So, you would have to engage your followers with more personal stuff such as your interests and hobbies. You also need another Twitter to have for just promotional reasons only. I hope this helps.
