urgh so frustrated with my split cam

So i started camming a few months ago and im not equiped to save my life!!
i have a small laptop and stream on 3 sites. And my CPU is sometimes very high, it cause my Lovense to disconnect and my Lovense menu disepear from the website.. Is there a way to bring it down?
of course the only pages open are the 3 websites i stream on and nothing else. just dont know how to fix this issue.

If you are using OBS, you can lower the broadcast rates to lower the load on the cpu, but that will affect the quality of the video.
