Using 2 laptops

Is it possible to log in 2 laptops at the same time so I can have one with the camera on top but if I am facing backwards (showing bump to the cam) I can still participate on chat with the other laptop?

I recommend getting a second monitor rather than a whole new piece of laptop equipment. You can get a decent monitor (or TV for that matter) for $100 or less and put your streaming image on that screen while using the laptop to chat (since the keyboard is on there).

If you want multiple camera angles while you are broadcasting on only one website you would want to use the software manycam.

If you are broadcasting on multiple websites or at least 2 websites at the same time and you want them to be using the OBS or FMLE broadcaster then yes two computers would be needed.
