Vacation - ideas?

I know I will not be able to work at the end of December because of lack of privacy and probably poor Internet connection I will have in the place I'm going to visit. I try to make as much money as I can till then and I'm creating new content for sale at that time but I'm searching for other ideas for off-cam period.
