Some of your Chaturbate followers might be smart enough to figure out how to google search your username and see what other sites you belong to. This is assuming your user name is the same on both Chaturbate and Stripchat.
Stripchat is more about being mobile and being able to use your smart phone to broadcast in places where a computer with webcam is not ideal. Unlike Chaturbate which has a poor mobile broadcast feature.
Take advantage of the new broadcaster tag Stripchat uses for all new users. Which means the more time spent live the higher your chances of getting new followers. Not sure how long that lasts. But it makes your cam stand out for a short period of time on the main page.
Finally give it time to build followers, this is based on how much time you spend live. I am sure when you first started on Chaturbate things did not happen overnight.
Anyway, just my thoughts for what it might be worth.

Why not use an app like Stream Master and broadcast to both?
