1- Cam Sites that claim to have a lot of traffic, but none of the guests/members is really spending money. I prefer to have 5 persons in my room who are willing to spend money rather than 500 freeloaders who will consider that I have to give everything to them because they paid 1$
2- Sites that pretend to be model friendly, but where you will actually have no answers from support and where members will always be in their right, even if they harass and insult you.
3- Sites that are too complicated, both for the members and the models. I am no big fans of the games, contests, options.... I think we are there for videochat (both models and members), not for casino games.
And obviously, sites that do not pay as expected... but there is no need to talk about this point, I hope this was obvious when you started your site!
