I have been wondering this for a few days. Are those just paid links or is something else that classifies them?
If it goes by the rating system, I think it might be a bit flawed. Some of the ratings are outdated and people don't go back and re-rate.
The all camsite list, and some sites have changed hands or have been absorb/affiliated with the larger sites.
