What sites allow you to sell or give away panties

I was wondering what sites allow you to sell or give away panties as a prize.I asked Flirt4Free and they said they don't allow it because it involves exchange of personal information like their address

I'm interested in this too! Of course, there are ways around the site's policy, but that's risky. I'm guessing an anonymous mailbox would be involved.... easy to get except then you expose a general location for yourself; which I would be opposed to but I live in a pretty small town.
