I'm part of a team that is building an exciting new platform for independent cam models. We plan to change the industry by providing a platform that puts control into the model's hands!
Anyway, I am currently working on the model agreement and would love some input on how I can make it better for you.
The biggest difference from traditional contracts is that it will clearly state- any content uploaded (and any recordings of shows) are fully owned by the models. Our company will have to receive your consent if we want to reproduce, distribute, publish, etc... any of your content [besides on our site.
Since you are the sole owners of your content, YOU can use your content for any purpose- commercially or non-commercially..
Besides the content rights issue, what other issues do you have with standard contracts these days...?
