I've only been camming for a little over a month and have some customers coming back. I really want to remember them and the details of our last sessions, but I have terrible memory! I tried making an excel sheet with some details, but I still feel lost. Also, I started logging a lot of customers who will probably never come back for one reason or another. How do you guys and gals keep yourselves organized? What's the best system? How to look up returning clients quickly? Thanks!
