When I was on Myfreecams, I charged 25 tokens to answer PM. I would tell them that I simply cannot keep up and feel bad if I don't answer, so you have to grab my attention via the token sound and I will chat individually for a very short time. I would also charge 25 tokens to watch a cam, too. Seemed to help at least a little bit.
