Which camsites allow twitter account (ect.) promotion

okay here's my question for all of you on all different sites: which camsites allow your twitter promotion? What about promotion of other sites/blogs ect? Mostly curious about twitter because I'm assuming that's the #1 place girls post what site they'll be camming on and when so it creates a good linkage of multiple camsite schedules in one place.

I'm starting to think Twitter is highly over-rated for promotion. Some girls can make it work, but I haven't had a customer yet that said they found me on twitter. 200 followers, half of them cam girls, zero clients. As for sites that allow you, I don't know of a site that doesn't. Streamate will tweet you, no problem, as will MFC, CB, F4F, and quite a few others. Indy listing sites certainly don't care. Maybe LiveJailhouse (LJ) won't let you, as they won't allow anything else at all, but you'd have to ask one of their girls.
