Why doesn't Streamate show Gold Show time is in MINUTES not seconds? :( Lost $150

I just had to cancel my gold show because it was set to 180 minutes instead of 180 seconds.

Why doesn't Streamate show what the TIME NUMBER means? It was my first show and everyone was pissed I restarted it
