I’ve been having issues like you. They closed my account on Monday because they said they couldn’t validate my ID. Then, they reopened my account on Wednesday and said I need to resubmit my ID, but the link is gone from my dashboard. Liz said the link should appear again soon, but I don’t know the timeframe. I’m hoping it comes back by the 14th. Would you be able to help me with the software, so I can take the pictures right and get approved? I don’t know how to do it. The software on the site is so difficult to work with.
