Any advice how to relax and beat shyness?

I was working with my boyfriend on our couple account, and since he was in the industry first he kind of lead the way. Also with couple shows most of the members want him to be dominant and they adress mostly to him.
So now when I started working solo, even tho I was camming before I feel like a newbie. Its a whole new world and completly different shows than before.
Do you girls have any advice how to relax, not be so shy and stiff? I would really like to relax and think of it as a fun time and enjoy it instead of stress.
