Any software or apps to edit webcam settings as you stream?

I'm looking for some sort of software or app (macbook) that allows you to adjust the settings of your cam as you stream. The original software my webcam came with lets me edit the brightness and contrast, but I'm looking for something that will let me finely tune the lighting a little more. I've seen a camgirl on youtube mention using something similar, but did not list the software. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Feeling a little washed out with my cam's current settings.

I use verysoft's splitter at the moment, but there is also splitcamera.com which has a free splitter that is good. Both have good ways to adjust your stream and lighting and color
