Have you ever heard about .cammodelwishlist.com? They provide a secure way to share a wish list. I don't show my amazon wishlist because there is no way to hide my city. I live in a small city in South America where a girl like me is easy to find, so, amazon is too risky for me. So, I tried to register in that service (.cammodelwishlist.com) but something happen: no email verification, my password not hidden... then the system log me out, and told me that my email doesn't exist. I freaked out! I changed that password (my mistake... never use the same pw for every service). Maybe I am a little paranoid, but I couldn't use cammodelwishlist.com. Anybody?
