Automatic tweets while you perform?

I was just online in CB and a user came into my room and left this message in a tipnote:

Anyone know if streamtout is genuine? I'm naturally wary of anyone that comes into my room just to leave an advert, but I looked at the site and it looked genuine, but I couldn't work out where they are going to be making their money. Maybe they sell lists of active models or something?

Before I consider signing up, I thought I'd post here and see if anyone else has had any dealings with this site!

I had a few users at my room promoting that site. Personally, I didn't use it. Apart of that, you can schedule your tweets on twitter. So I wouldn't risk to use a site I don't know. Just because someone came to my room and spammed it.
