Blocked customers and feedback question on Niteflirt

Hi ladies, does anyone know if you blocked a customer, if they can still leave feedback and rate you?

I blocked a guy who wanted to talk about kids and then he went in 8 days later and left feedback. So yeah.. they can. Does anyone know if I can dispute it since I blocked him because of TOU issues?
