Chaturbate banned

My account was banned last week for no reason,chaturbate don't answer any of my emails,and even tell me why I get banned in the middle of a show.
Crazy thing it's that I have more than 10.000 tokens already coverted,
My question is will I get pay or do I loss all my money?
