Chaturbate payout and getting online

Hello, does anyone received payout? Usually Chaturbate send it on 3... guess they are in late?
And, does anyone has problems with getting online? I can't start broadcasting for many hours (Romania).

Chaturbate payouts happen every 2 weeks and are normally a few days late in our experience.
