I just read that one girl had problems with her banks after depositing Streamate cheques because when asked she told them they were payroll when she should of said she was an independent contractor and that because of her mistake the cheques didn't clear and she had to have them all reissues, bank frozen ect ect. I've been saying they were payroll cheques also, I used to use MoneyMart but got sick of losing 3% along with their extra fees, my bank put no hold on my cheques because i've been a member so long but did inform me that the cheques won't clear on their end until 30 business days. The first cheque I deposited will be cleared for them on Aug 15th and i'm horrified that my bank account may be frozen because of my wording when depositing. Please help, has anyone else had a problem with Streamate cheques?
