I don't know whether they do actual refunds but they do charge backs. If someone does a charge back the site covers it and will block that member's credit card so they can't enter private chat. They can only access free chat. The same thing applies when someone owes the site money. They can't do a private chat until that money is paid. That's how it was on Streamate when I first started. I had a customer service rep come into my free chat and tell me this. Those were the good old days.
