ExtraLunchMoney Payout, Dwolla, & Paxum

I logged in after a few years not using the site, because I had to remove a video. I noticed there's about $100 in my account from various sales. I went to check on the payout system, and see that they don't do ACH, no paper checks, no wire option, no Payoneer, and basically said I could use Paxum or Dwolla.

I looked at Dwolla, and it seems more like a payment provider for big companies with a payroll, and it said you have to sign some sort of contract for ongoing services. I don't have a registered LLC or anything like that, so I don't think I would be able to qualify, plus it sounds expensive for what i would be using it for. Does anyone have experience with Dwolla?

The other option is paxum, which I looked into. I had an account in the past, but apparently they have closed all personal accounts in the USA, and are only offering business accounts here. I looked into it, and it seems like I need a legit business license and all the documentation to get that type of account.

Am I interpreting all of this correctly? Has anyone been able to use ELM in the U.S. since fosta/sesta became a thing? If anyone has any pointers, please let me know. I just wanna cash out what they owe me and be done with ELM.

If you're American Dwolla is the way to go. The fee is only $1 per payout and it will be deposited in your bank account. I make pocket change on ELM but don't have any issues.

I received an email stating Dwolla would be getting rid of their 'transfer' accounts. I am using them for ELM so I guess Paxum is the only option for ELM now?
