Going crazy!

Does anyone know how to get the entire photo in your biopic on SM?? I have resized and resized and resized to their specs of 380x240 and still can't get it. I know it can work because I see others do it. Grrrrr

Are you trying to make the image bigger than it is, or crop it in?
