Has anyone had any problems on streamate with doing private and exclusive shows?

Has anyone had any problems on streamate with doing private and exclusive shows and the show still is visible in the public chatroom ? this happened to me today , i was doing private an exclusives and when im back in the public stream, the members are saying nice show did you not realise you where in public !! even though my recent earnings have showed i was in private

Ooh, that sounds pretty bad, but at least you were paid.

What I had happening to me yesterday was, I would be in Exclusive and you know that "Dong" sound that plays that shows someone has entered the room? Well, it kept going off every minute that we were in exclusive.

Very irritating, kept sounding like someone was joining in, except we were in Exclusive. Got to the point that when I would go exclusive I just turned the sound off.

Hopefully it means that SM is updating something in their system. And they'll be done with this soon.
