Heavy Periods

I looked for other topics on this and none really answered my query. I get really Heavy periods. Cramps, fatigue, the whole nine yards. I wonder if people have come up with ideas for this. I was thinking of just doing my Mistress/Domina character for the whole week. That could work, but I have clients who aren't into that side of me. I just don't see myself being all cutesy, let alone feeling that way. I can pull it off, sure, but any alternative ideas for still keeping people entertained and at the very least tipping, would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Selana

U can try to lower your cramps with some anti spasm pills. For muscle spams.
Try to go to a pharmacy and ask for. They are very useful and they are not dangerous.
I'm not much of a meds and pills consumer, but when i can't really resist,i take one and all is good.
Also,a bottle with warm water on your belly is useful.
Cramps are coming from muscle spasm.Contracting muscles.
So anything that relaxes those muscles, will make your craps dissapear.
Try to work out a little too because it warms them up so they relax after. It helps. Some easy exercises.

Sorry for my bad english,is not my native language, but i hope u got the idea and I hope it will help you.
Big kisses!

PS: I edited to add the next fact.In this time of the month is essential to eat as healthy as u can.Drink tons of water, eat fruits and ..healthy food in general.I know the feelings.Imagine that before i was crawling PROPERLY to the bathroom when i needed to pee.Was vomit and so on.I also use contraceptive pills. Some easy ones ..not very powerful. They helped me a lot in this problem.Besides the fact i have regular period and i know exactly when it comes,it lowered my cramps.I still have them, but not so powerful.

The best thing tho is to take a break.Especially in the days with biggest pain.Usually first 2 or 3 days are the worse.Take them off and then come back to work in the rest of the days.So u don't need to be all
