how many hours online without break ?

hello, how long do you stay online?
i can no longer manage 2 at most 3.

but then the room is usually full when you need a break

not all pages allow you to leave the cam

or do you just do that?
with Stripchat and Chaturbate you have to give notice, with BongaCams there are penalties?

how then? always only online for a short time?

I normally do 2-3 hours per show. I always make sure I pee before I start and reset my router while I'm doing that. I have a mug of tea or a glass of wine and something to nibble out of shot. If the room goes dead (just lurkers) and I need something, I'll just go and get it. If I need a longer break, I'll put up an overlay in OBS saying I'll be taking a break in a few minutes.
