I originally been using the C920 for a few years , without having any problems until 3 weeks ago. Then I noticed my webcam seemed to be slightly fuzzy.
I went ahead & purchased the C930e and it's giving me the same problem. Also , when I open the Logitech software , it says "You are using generic Windows(UVC) drivers , providing reduced functionality and support for your product."
And under that , it says "To get the best experience out of your webcam , please install Logitech drivers."
All of my drivers , says that their updated. I'm not sure if this is a computer problem , webcam driver problem or a lighting problem. I did notice this slight fuzzy problem , after I repositioned my cam lights.
What do you think the problem is ?
What type of webcam do you currently use ?
What are the best Logitech webcams , that you recommend ?
Is there , any other Non Logitech webcam brand that you recommend ?
