Manyvids Payout Question

I really hope I'm posting this in the right spot (my apologies if I am not). Anyway, I was wondering how long it took you to get your payouts through direct deposit from ManyVids. For me, it has never taken longer than 3 days, but this time it has been 5 days and I still haven't received my payout. I've already contacted support but they have yet to respond and I'm desperate. I have bills due and really need my payout. Any advice? Is this normal?

I use Firstchoice for payout. if i have made the minimum then payout is on 16th and available on the 18th.
