Microphone suggestions

I haven't cammed for a while due to a lack of privacy in my new house. Really wanting to get back online!! But I need a a very sensitive microphone so I can keep my voice low while working. Suggestions please?? Needs to be compatible with a MaCBook pro. Thanks everyone!!

Look out for a lavalier or lapel mic like those used for tv interviews. USB condenser mics are also great but they pick up all the other sounds in the room, including noisy air con and laptop fans. A lavalier mic will just pick up youR voice but you have to clip to a bra strap or something suitable.
