Paxum - tehnical issues

This is happening due to technical issues our payment processor is currently experiencing. Their teams are working around the clock to fix the problems and to ensure this situation does not happen again.
Please note that these issues are limited to the Paxum SEPA Mastercard only and all other Paxum withdrawal methods are working as expected.

so it is the reason why my payments are reject, great that i got that email(not) and support is ignoring me when i ask about what going on? and i have problems from morning, by the way they are still charging for decline actions(0,25 per one) even that is not our fault
