HiHi! so this is super exciting! iv never done anything like this before, though I,v entertained the idea in my head a loooot. Some things have fallen into place in my life, so i figure its a perfect time to make this a new career path for me. That said iv been planning for a November 1st debut. I figured it would make the tax thing a lot easier, plus something about a fresh face on the first day of the year appealed to me. Setting everything up is proving to be more difficult then i originally thought though. I,m aiming to broadcast 8 hours a day, Mon-Fri. Ideally this is going to be my full time job. i have an empty room that I,m trying to set up as my cam studio. As someone who never did ANYTHING like this before though, I,m worried i might be missing something. When my show launches on Nov 1st i want everything to go as smooth as possible, you know? I feel like my "first impression" on viewer will be huge for my future success.
November 1st seems like a long way off, but the more i think about EVERYTHING i need to do (for myself to "feel" ready) 2 months doesn't seem like enough time. Basically i need to figure out my camgirl persona, the layout of the room, camera angles, figure out how lighting works, and sound, oh and how the cams will work, plus software, and advertisement of myself on Instagram or twitter....lol you get the idea. There are probably a lot more things that has slipped my mind. A lot of other forums or blogs say its enough to just have the basic stuff, And I,m sure I,m over thinking this lol. But for me I,m trying to make a BOSS show, i want to push my creativity to the max. I need to try to remain within a realistic mindset though haha. SO!! I would appreciate any helpful tips or pointers for a new girl trying to make it all happen. Feel free to let me know your first experience, what you might have wanted to do different, or something your glad you knew in the moment that was helpful, etc.
