Problems with amazon wishlist delivery

Hi I’m still new to the amazon wishlist thing and seem to be having trouble get my first sent by a client. I had the address as an amazon locker and was just told by the client that he got an email stating it was not able to be delivered a note was left at the delivery area and I should contact ups. The locker is at a grocery store and I don’t understand how to get the note or what to do. Obviously I was already weary about using amazon and will be switching to deliverycode now but still hoping to get this package. Any advice on how to handle this?
