One night last week I sat in on some promoted rooms and nothing happened in any of them. No yellow walls or several hundred viewers appearing.
One thing I did notice, was that there was only one promoted spot on the page and refreshing the browser would cycle through 7 or 8 performers. So each may well have been sharing that 5 minute time slot.
