I never thought I'd take a nearly 3 month hiatus from camming, and certainly not because I would be scared to work. Long story short, I had been acquainted with this girl for over a year and we lived in the same dorm building. When she suddenly started hanging around me more, I didnt think anything of it. She knew about me being a camgirl. I hooked her up on Niteflirt and gave her tons of tips for phone sex. We kept in touch over the summer and around late July she said she got a job as a secretary for a Sexy Maid Service and shed give me the deets when i got to town. It got fishier and fishier until I just called it off. It was like a flip switched, she said id have to be the one to break it to her boss, that they really needed more blonde girls and that i was "ruining" everything. Her boss called me and I swear he sounded like a mobster. Kept trying to entice me however he could, said he did porn shoots on the side and could make me famous. The creepiest thing tho was when he said, "I'm a huge fan of your work." As if he'd been watching me.
I notified the sexual harassment and rape crisis counselor. She immediately called campus police. She and the officer looked into the girl's file. She wasnt even enrolled for this semester because she hadnt paid over $4k of her tuition from last year. Thats when the officer told me they were sex traffickers and she was "recruiting". That if I hadnt realized it was fishy, i could be tied down in a basement somewhere and that this girl's tuition would be more than paid for. I feel like she was partly trying to scare me, but at the same time that really was what was going down.
I wanted to share this so maybe other girls would be more cautious in the future. It really can happen to anyone, especially here in Houston. I'm slowly building up to working again, but I havent even attempted to do public broadcasts and im not sure if i will anytime soon.
