Streamate Models, have you seen the survey which asks us about our experiences with the HD Broadcaster?
It's mostly 'tick' boxes about your experiences using it. But it also has a section for writing about the Broadcaster. I was surprised it would except this much writing, but it did!
Here's what I wrote, and I hope all of you tell them what you hate about the Broadcaster and lack of LIVE support! PLEASE, the more who complain, and make a good case for needing LIVE real time support, the better chance we have of possibly getting our needs met.

Whether in paid show or free chat, I've been repeatedly booted from the Broadcaster. I worry that the customer thinks I purposely logged out of the session before he nuts. Sheesh! If I keep using the Broadcaster I'm certain some Regs will never take another show after being booted 2-3x!!!
And since you do not provide LIVE support, to assist us in figuring out WHY our stream seems to drop out for no reason, I can no longer F* around with your Broadcaster. If you wonder why you're loosing models, and revenue, it's because we become frustrated & disheartened at having no help to get us back up and steaming. We give up, log off. You REALLY need to re-evaluate what it's costing you NOT to have Live support for your models. By my NOT WORKING because I'm taking the time I expect to be working, instead blindly trying to troubleshoot your F*n technology.... you're missing out on earning your $95 (or more!) of the $285 an hour total revenue I'm earning when I cam. I think you can EASILY pay a team of support people part of even ONE model's earnings in order to keep me & other models on cam working.......... so ALL of your employees have paychecks too!
Grrrr....... Fix your company by providing models knowledgeable, caring, LIVE real time support that will actually help us. Your 'Become a model' promo says just a webcam & internet are needed. Well that was the case in 2011 but not now. Now a model has to be a computer geek as well as a sex therapist, actress, prison warden to successfully work this gig. Do EVERYONE a favor by letting wannabe models know the truth......... there is no support and you're on your own, flying blind here.
Oh, and PS, regarding going even higher, High Def streaming. I don't think guys really care to see details like razor stubble, spider veins, gigantic pores, toilet paper lint stuck to our snatch, or globs of previously undetectable eyelash glue on our strip lashes. There comes a point where High Def is too High Def. Understand? Thank you!
