Streamate HD Encoder Issues

Hey,

I just wanted to start using the HD encoder on Streamate, but when I press start, the encoder just stops and after a few seconds the streamate stream stops too and the button changes back to start my show.

Has anyone else had a problem like this?

Does any one have any ideas as to what it could be?

What type of computer do you have, it might be able to handle the power it takes to run encoder. if you are able to choose the HD low , HD high in stremate web browser and broadcast that way that is all you need really to be in HD.

Plus a good camera and lighting.

It happened to my old laptop and thats what I thought it was. I bought this last week, its a republic of gamers one, one of the best on the market.

I am desperately trying to improve my placement on streamate so I thought that it would help considering my internet is shit and there is nothing I can do about that for another year.
