hey guys, i'm new on streamate so few things are not clear yet. one would be : why some girls have their profile photo as a thumbnail, and others have a screenshot from the actual show? so far i always had the screenshot, which was usually awful..caught me in a bad pose. today i have my profile photo.. who chooses this?
also..models that have "online" as status are hosting classic chat instead of party chat?

and last..from the beginning i'm stuck at 4 stars even if some members did rate me 5, and none rated me less (their either rated me 5 or not at all), and can't do gold shows. what can i do?

It takes a few 5-stars to bump you up, 5 or 10 at first, I can't remember.

If you want it just to show your profile pic, you need to email [email protected] and politely tell them to "Disable your screen capture."
