streamate resubmit process

Hi been on Streamate for 7 years, I have been resubmitting my ID and did the process. then the notice on my dashboard will gone, but after few seconds the notice on my dashboard will comeback and when i check requirements it always send me to resubmit process... I have been doing it like 5 times because I thought there's problem on my resubmission of my ID because the notice still on my dashboard.. Am I correct? or the Admins of Streamate have to review it ? Pls enlighten me anyone

The frigging thing doesn't work. I've submitted mine multiple times as have many other models and it just keeps asking us to do it again.
