I started camming on Streammate last month. On the 27th of October they put my payment on hold saying my Paxum account name and the name my streammate account was in were different. I checked this and both accounts were in the same name. I've sent streammate proof of this andy id again and i was told i was kyc compliant but they didn't take the hold off my payments. I've emailed support several times since then and they haven't responded in almost 2 weeks. I now can't access my money and can't get them to respond to me.
Has anyone had any trouble with payment with them? Is there another way to contact them? Any streammate reps on here that could sort this out for me?
It's my primary source of income so I've no choice but to keep camming but I'm extremely concerned about not being able to get paid.
