For those experiencing mobile connection problems with Stripchat, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log out and close all your sessions entirely from all mobile devices and desktops.
2. You can also change your password which will disable any active logins or running sessions in the background.
3. Clear cache and cookies.
4. Uninstall the Lovense App.
5. Reinstall the Lovense Apps
6. Log into your Stripchat account and try to connect again.
Connection is fine on a PC/computer with the Lovense Chrome Extension, therefore we kindly suggest using this option in the meantime should the above instructions not resolve the issue. Thank you in advance for your patience!
