Uncomfortable with Blackmail Scenario

I had this client that asked for me to make a video, no nudity, holding up a sign with his full name followed by degrading him and he asked to post it on xtube. I said no, I was uncomfortable doing that and I just have a feeling things like that could bite me in the ass. Then he went on to say other camgirls have done it, even written contracts with his consent to use his full name in video. Still ended up saying no, but he told me I was over-reacting and that he would find someone else to do it. I am not very experienced in blackmail at all, so I really did not know what to think. What do you all think?
