VIDEO UPLOAD IO ERROR - CHATURBATE

I'm having a IO error trying to upload a video on my Chaturbate profile :

I've rebooted my PC, my rooter, cleaned the cache and history. Still having this error.

Anyone knows what's going on and how to solve it ?
