Hey, hey.
This week Qrush noticed creators that the platform has been absorbed by LoyalFans. No more explanations. They say we can register on LoyalFans so the accounts can be linked and work together, but what the hell with all the creators that already have an account on LF?
What is gonna happen with the money I made in Qrush (and didn't receive yet cause I didn't reach the minimum)???
I've tried to contact with developers and by Telegram group nobody answered (and I saw the owner online, c'mon), one of the workers I used to have contact suddenly left, also tried by the site contact and they send me a shitty copy paste answer.
As you can imagine, I am very very upset at this point.
Qrush, give explanations to the creators!!!!!

Hmm. Possibly a setup and their plan from the start. Start a site. Rip off the funds and then sell the site. smh. The yk rip-off all over again. Or maybe not. I'm sure LoyalFans had nothing to do with it but a mere scapegoat pawn in qrush' game. Either way if the hosts loose finances, qrush should be to blame for the negligence. Mind you, it says this in qrush's fine print--->

.... Dispute Resolution If you have a problem with our site or with one of the Creators, we invite you to address it with us directly, but you are limited in how you can resolve disputes. You waive your right to trial by jury and your right to participate in a class action proceeding. We encourage you to contact us if you have an issue. If a dispute does arise out of these Terms or related to your use of qrush, and it cannot be resolved after you contact us, then it must be resolved exclusively in a court within the Province of Ontario, Canada. Governing law This website is owned and operated by Star Apps Development (Canada), Inc. Any legal disputes with us must be resolved in Toronto, under Ontario provincial law. Ontario law, excluding its conflict of law provisions, governs these Terms and all other qrush policies. If a lawsuit does arise, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

...So yeah. That part. The above statement revealed anyone signing up would be agreeing to sharing content with a company that blatantly let them know they will take a defensive pov with or about our CONTENT if a situation should arrive! The above also let's us know we would have to fly to CANADA to defend OUR CONTENT in a CANADIAN court of law. With a CANADIAN LAWYER! Oh and let's not forget... anyone who signs/signed up has already waved their rights to trial by jury or the right to participate in a class action proceeding. So .... They seemed to prepare themselves for this stage before the show even began and thats a performance I'd rather like to miss.

GL. and let us know what happens.
