In your opinion what do you think is the best site to split cam SM with?

Did you try to run it as an admin? i was adviced this from Naked's support. How to do it: RIGHT click on "IModelHD" , then click on "run as admin" . Then log in as usual. This works for those who use Windows 7 and 10. Let me know how it worked!

No, you can't do that. It needs to be live. What you can do on cam4 it's to record the show and to sell it on the shop. You can do that with the app of cam4. But don't expect a camsite will allow to do what you are looking for.
