I am planning on making some videos to add to my page, as of right now I am uploading a test video..was only about 5 seconds long, mp4...it has been stuck on processing for over an hour..is there a different format I should convert these to ?

I have used DCMA to get videos taken down before, but this site has no contact info. This site has public show recordings without a contact page, and a private whois. So I'm not sure where to begin for take down notices. Any suggestions? Maybe a good pay service?

I really need help here. Every time I try to upload a video on Chaturbate it says the file is too big, even my 2 minute feet+lotion video is too big. How do I make the file size smaller?
